Ride-Share Waiting Zone

airport-guide

Domestic Airport

The designated holding area for Sydney Domestic Airport is on Ross Smith Avenue in Mascot, between the KFC restaurant and the IMO car wash.

As soon as you get a work request, head down Ross Smith Avenue to the Sydney airport pick-up location.

Ride-Share Pick Up Zone

International Airport

As soon as you arrive in the allocated holding area, you will be added to the virtual queue. Your turn in the queue will determine which trip requests you receive.

When you get a request, you should exit the holding area. Find the pick-up area at each terminal as you proceed to the designated rideshare pick-up area at the airport. Only in these places are riders available for pick up.

It’s a good idea to contact your rider to confirm that you are on the way and ensure they're at the correct pick-up location.

Once your rider arrives, start the trip and make your way towards their destination. You can wait in the designated pick-up bay up to three (3) minutes.

You must comply with airport terms and conditions. Failure to do so, may result in driver banning.
