Partner Program Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: Corporate partners require an active Australian Business Number (ABN) and a registered business. Community and charity partners must be able to evidence their registered status.
- No Joining Fee: There is no cost to join the Snap Ride Partner Program and no minimum commitment or lock-in period.
- Rewards: A 5% referral reward is credited on eligible completed rides. Rewards are calculated on the fare actually charged to the rider and may only be claimed once per ride.
- Referral Links: Partner referral links and promotional codes are personal to the partner and may not be resold, shared publicly, or used in misleading advertising.
- Brand Use: Partners may use the Snap Ride name and logo only as permitted under the partner brand guidelines supplied on approval. All other use requires written consent.
- Compliance: Partners must not make misleading claims about safety, pricing or service availability, and must comply with all applicable Australian consumer and advertising law.
- Privacy: Partner data is collected in line with the Snap Ride Privacy Notice. Partners must not collect rider personal information outside the Snap Ride platform.
- Reporting: Snap Ride may publish statements of reward earnings. Partners may request a detailed statement of account at any time.
- Suspension/Termination: Snap Ride may suspend or terminate a partner account for fraud, misrepresentation, brand misuse or breach of these terms.
- Governing Law: These terms operate alongside applicable Commonwealth and state/territory laws. If a term is unlawful, the remainder still applies.
- Acceptance: By submitting an inquiry you acknowledge you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and to be contacted by Snap Ride.
